What is arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia?
Arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia is a condition of the heart. The muscle of the right ventricle is replaced by fat and extra fibrous connective tissue (fibrosis); this increases the risk for abnormal heart rhythms and sudden cardiac arrest.
