What is cervicogenic headache?

Cervicogenic headache is characterized by pain that starts in the neck or back of the head area but end up in the forehead, or behind, in and around the eyes. The pain is likely referred from one or more muscles, nerves, bones, joints, or vascular structures in the neck.
