What is coronary artery disease?
Coronary artery disease (CAD) is a narrowing of the blood vessels that supply blood and oxygen to the heart. There are many risk factors for developing CAD, some include age, family history, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and lipids in the blood and smoking.
