What is Fanconi's anemia?
Fanconi anemia is an inherited type of aplastic anemia characterized by progressive bone marrow failure, congenital anomalies including short stature, café-au-lait spots, abnormality of thumbs, microcephaly and hypogonadism and increased incidence of developing certain cancers.
