What is hidradenitis suppurativa?
Hidradenitis suppurativa chronic inflammatory skin disorder that primarily affects the underarm, groin, perineum, and area under the breasts. As the disease becomes chronic, ulcers appear, sinus tracts enlarge, fistulas develop, and fibrosis and scarring become evident.
