What is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma?
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is an aggressive type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. B-cells normally develop and mature in the bone marrow and lymph nodes. In this lymphoma, the abnormal large B-cell lymphocytes are not responding to normal signals for growth and reproduction of cells.
