What is mixed connective tissue disease?
Mixed connective tissue disease is an uncommon autoimmune disorder that causes overlapping features of primarily three connective tissue diseases: lupus, scleroderma and polymyositis. It may be preceded by Raynaud's phenomenon and have features of rheumatoid arthritis.
