The combination of brompheniramine (an antihistamine) dihydrocodeine (a cough suppressant), and pseudoephedrine (a decongestant) is used to treat cough, sneezing, itching, watery eyes, runny nose, stuffy nose, and sinus congestion caused by allergies, the common cold, or the flu.
