Fludarabine is an anticancer drug used to treat progressive or refractory B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia. It has also been used for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, refractory acute leukemias and solid tumors, Waldenström's macroglobulinemia and prior to allogenic stem cell transplantation.
