Idarubicin (Idamycin, Idamycin PFS) is an antineoplastic agent used in the treatment of acute leukemias, accelerated phase or blast crisis of chronic myelogenous leukemia, and breast cancer. It is used with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
