Methotrexate is an antineoplastic drug used in the treatment of cancer. Also used as an antirheumatic for rheumatoid arthritis. It may also be used in treatment of Crohn's disease, ectopic pregnancy, or MS. It is given by mouth, by injection, via IV or intrathecally.
